Monster
The monster was made by creating a slab of clay and wrapping around a plastic tube. The cylinder that was formed was then mounted on a circular base. The eyes were made by rolling clay into a ball and flattening them into an oval shape. Then a small ball of clay was put on each eye as the eyeball. the mouth was made by taking a rectangular piece of clay and cutting it into a wave shape, and alternating pieces of small squares and triangles were put on top of the mouth as the teeth. The mount features an underbite because it is a classic representation of a stereotypic monster and the disproportionate eyes also represent a typical monster image. The purpose of the monster is to be a mug.
